Content on the Application is provided to you as is for your information and personal use only and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of UML. UML reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Application and the Content.
You further agree that you will not, in connection with User Submissions, submit material that is contrary to applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
You may not use this Application for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this agreement and/or any applicable additional terms. Any such misuse willcompel us to terminate your use or access to this Application immediately in our sole discretion, with or without notice.
3. Product information at UML Mobile Application
UML attempts to be as accurate as possible of information displayed in the application. However, UML does not guarantee that product descriptions or other contents of this are 100% accurate, complete, reliable or completely free of errors.
If a product offered by UML is not as described on the application, a customer’s sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within seven days of delivery. If there is any external damage to the package, you should check it when the item is handed over. No return will be permitted due to any external damages to the item, package damages or dents. Only parts with internal technical in-built fault. In the event where the correct replacement of the product cannot be provided a refund will be provided to the source of payment.
4. Product pricing
The price for all the items/services mentionedon the Application is the final and last price of sale via online. It’s a responsibility of users of this Application to keep their passwords and other account information confidentially. You are solely responsible for all the activities done via Application
5. Who can buy through the Application?
The Application can be used by anyone with a valid credit card with the payment limit sufficient enough to buy the appropriate item and to buy any product available in the site.
Delivery of any item/items is limited within Sri Lanka only. Those who are under 18 years are only allowed to buy through parents or guardians. UML holds therights to reject the service, terminate user accounts, remove or edit content or cancelorders at any time without notification.

All the information entered in to the Application by any means by the user will be collected and stored. If certain visitors decide not to provide certain information they will not be able to acquire valuable advantages and features of this Application. We use this vital information for quick and fruitful responses to your requests and communicating with you. 11. Confirmation
After receiving your electronic order, our staff will contact you via email / telephone / mobile / fax confirming the price and the product detail received. All our prices displayed on the website do not include delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.
12. Cancellation
Cancellation of the transaction will not be permitted after orders are placed. But customer can request different product by paying the price difference before delivery.
13. Delivery
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or you are entitled to choose some other product by paying the difference of the price.

We reserve the right to take exclusive control and defense of any such claim otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.
18. Governing Laws
This Agreement shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the said Republic of Sri Lanka.
